How it works
- You create your account and set up your business in eight steps.
- You test the assistant for 7 days on Telegram, with up to three conversations.
- You choose a plan, pay by Orange Money or MTN MoMo to the number shown in the dashboard, then upload the screenshot.
- We check the proof of payment and activate your account. The assistant then answers your real customers.
- A reminder is sent 5 days and then 1 day before the due date. Three days after the due date without payment, the assistant is paused. Your dashboard stays open so you can pay.
A clear screenshot speeds up the check: amount, date and time, reference, recipient and a "successful" status all visible. The price shown is the price you pay: we add no fees. Any fees your mobile money operator charges are its own.
